Are you discouraged or downhearted ? Maybe things haven’t worked out the way you wanted, lots of interruptions, your creativity and energy levels are at an all time low. My artist answer to you is add color to your world!
In your garden add color with companion planting. When these flowers bloom, photograph them for future reference and inspiration for paintings.
In the common areas of your home, use a brightly colored painting. Choose low frequency colors of yellow, orange and red for accents that pick up colors from the painting.
Wear clothes that have bright warm colors.
Breathe deeply, relax with an attitude of gratitude, let the colors sink in and feel your spirit begin to rise.
