After preparing for and attending an art exhibit, hanging a solo exhibit and teaching a 5 hour workshop, my studio is in serious need of an art supply organization day.
Having the right tools is as important for this job as it is in any other job.
First – I will gather all the baskets that materials have been pulled from. Organize them on the studio table and as I find items that go in them, I will drop them in.
Second – The watercolor supplies have been moved completely off the metal table that I use for art exhibits also. I’ll recover it with brown craft paper, set the watercolor supplies up again in an orderly fashion.
