The Landscape Artist Speaks

Do you know the advantages of keeping records of your solo and group  art events?

1.  Some galleries do not allow paintings that have been shown before to be shown again.

2.  It’s important to rotate your paintings.  Have a different venue to show them and change them out about each three months. So you need good records.

3.  When you are asked about a painting, you know where it has been shown, the price and any other information that will be beneficial to your collector.

Keep this information all together in a spiral bound notebook.  Take it with you to shows and record the date, the show name and any other information that pertains to a particular painting.
