There’s a place that is one of my biggest inspirations.  It’s Lob Lolly Cove, at the end of a long road, through the pines and by the pond. This is where I walk and rejuvenate.  Each visit there, I return home with renewed interest in painting and excited about life.

While visiting there, I was able to network with other artists.  We met at the Dirt Road Gallery Studio, painted for a while, went to lunch and toured a new office that wants to exhibit our art in their conference room.  As we painted we talked of different ways to apply paint for different effects, ways to promote our art and how we will hang our paintings in the new space.

Participating in a workshop, you are able to network also.  In fact, this is a great place to network.  As you paint and share information, new friendships are formed, plus all the new painting knowledge and skills that are learned.

The point is that it is very important to network with others that share your creative spirit.

A suggestion is to call a buddy, set up a day to paint, or have lunch and talk art.

If you want to talk art, send an e-mail to http://ellenebreedlovedavis.com/contact.  I’m here to answer questions concerning oil and watercolor painting.  Also, are you new to exhibiting your work in galleries, or festivals? Then, we must talk!

http://ellenebreedlovedavis.com is the web site to visit to see my art.

Cordially,

Ellene
