It’s raining at Loblolly Cove, I’m sitting at the kitchen table by the window that looks out over the pond, it’s soooo quiet here. There has been lots of rain, turning the landscape into a soft yellow green. A gentle breeze sweeps across the pond and moves the leaves of the surrounding trees. The pond is so full that even on the shallow end there is no place for the Egrets or the Great Blue Heron to find their breakfast.
